The girl loved her food. When I picked her up from the Fort Morgan Humane Society in 2019, she weighed over 50 lbs. That’s one puffy Corgi. She was even Maxi Mouse (Minnie Mouse’s heavier sister) one year in the Tour de Corgi. Everyone who met Junie B Jones just loved the stuffin outta her. When I found out she had cancer over 2 years ago, I knew what her sign of distress would be. Loss of appetite. She lived a happy life until just 3 days before she died. The cancer had spread and she stopped eating. Dr Marianne came to the house and together we bid Junie B a wonderful see you later. Junie B wasn’t allowed table scraps here on earth. Maybe Saint Peter can slip her a couple under the table in Heaven. All Creatures Great and Small, The Lord God Made Them All. I can’t thank the staff at HTH enough for the work they do. You all are the best.
